Our ultimate goal is to help each athlete reach their personal goals, achieve their full potential, and utilize softball as a tool to become their best selves both on and off the field. Our focuses prepare our athletes to play at the collegiate level.}

Maddy Grimm, a remarkable player in the world of DI softball, hails from Kent State University, where she shattered numerous school records and slugged an impressive 69 home runs throughout her four-year career. In 2017, she was selected as the 23rd pick in the NPF draft by the Akron Racers. Displaying her talents at the professional level, she gained valuable playing experience with the ASBA in Alabama, as well as in New Zealand and Italy.

Beyond her playing career, Maddy also ventured into coaching, making her mark in college softball. She served as a coach at both Ashland University and the University of Pitt, where she honed her coaching skills and imparted her knowledge to aspiring athletes. Additionally, Maddy's expertise extends to strength and conditioning coaching, having dedicated time at the University of Pitt in this role as well. Notably, she holds certification as a performance enhancement coach and currently serves as the head coach at Northwood High School.

Driven by her belief in the power of sports, Maddy strives to develop athletes who are not only skilled on the field but also possess the qualities of creativity, boldness, and reliability. She encourages her athletes to utilize their experiences in sports as a catalyst for success in various aspects of life, including academics, career, and personal growth. Drawing from her own journey as both an athlete and coach, Maddy guides athletes to recognize their unique strengths and abilities that can contribute to their triumphs in life.
